Organic Almond Meal is used once a week to exfoliate skin, by sloughing off dead skin cells to prepare the surface for new cells, new growth, and is a practice for anti aging to stimulate new growth.
Usage Notes: gently mix in your hand a bit of your LPO Angel Glow Serum with a small dime size of almond meal, make a paste in your hand, add water if needed, and gently roll onto face. I add fruits in that are seasonal: berries, bananas, avocadoes. Experiment with what works for your skin.
Tip: Keep your hand and finger motions in small circles to stimulate the cell sloughing and circulation, new cell growth. It's a quick regime, that can be added in once a week. Be very soft and gentle, you don't need much pressure, to get results.
