Sweet Dream is designed for intentionally capturing some dreams, by getting better sleep, and utlizing an herbal base that historically is perfect for inducing dreams. It's really been great for a number of my clients. Insomnia robs us of important rest, and can be an aspect of menopause, or just when added extra stress are happening in your life.
Nutmeg, cypress, frangipani, chamomile morrocan, pink rose petals, sandalwood and douglas mugwort blend to create a very soothing spray. I just spray around the head crown halo, and on my pillow before climbing into bed at night, and feel the soft focus, support within moments, helping me.
Tip: tell yourself to remember your dreams, and when you awaken have a pen and pretty journal next to your bed, so you have time to capture your dreams, get into the habit of awakening 20 minutes before you need to arise, and write for three pages anything that comes to mind before you get up to pee. In this way you invite your brain, memories, to flood forward, and your dreams will be fun, messengers, and help with your intentional living.
