We are working on a Slowcoast Herbes de Provence from the LPO Scent Garden. Very exciting ingredients: Classics: Lavendar, Rosemary, Thyme, Sweet Marjoram, Italian Oregano. Stay tuned as we will be offering these goodies soon at our Slowcoast stores. Just a quick Sunday Update.
Hope everyone had a beautiful poignant Earth Day. My first Earth Day was in 1970 when I planted Baby Trees at my school. They grew tall and wise, and it is amazing to watch a tree grow so big in your life span. Earth Day is a special day harkening back to all of the beginnings of the environmental movement. I am so blessed. I feel grateful to be able to share the garden and beauty this season. Things are changing daily. Hope to see you soon!

Decided today to run up to our SLOWCOAST PESCADERO store to get it restocked, a bit of spring cleaning and so forth. I love Pescadero. Took Highway One from Swanton Rd, up to Gazo Creek Rd, and turned there, to experience the pastoral landscapes next to the creek and onward to see the oreo cows, past many greenhouses and farms, ranches to land in town on a perfectly sunny morning.
I see every flower and what Thrilled me on Gazo Creek Rd was the abundance of Forget Me Nots which feature prominently each year in my perfumes. I was in heaven as I came up over the hills to see the oreo cows! Once in Pescadero, I do love Cindy's roses which are flowering as if nothing happened. (There was a fire last Sept that burned her restaurant down). It was a sweet day up in Pescadero, returning by the ocean. And then refitting and headed back up to refill. Saw so many wild iris. This has to be one of my favourite months, because of all the green in the growth. xo You're invited to come, bring some firewood for the firepit, something for the s'mores and come share in the family gathering from 5 to 8pm this Friday on April 14th at SLOWCOAST DAVENPORT.
I love this weekend as family gatherings begin to come together. Love, Blessings, Deep moments, and Heartfelt generational stories that get passed down during group gatherings. I am at the center of the party here in the SLOWCOAST AIRSTREAM STORE where we host families from all over the world as they meander our coastline, and bring their love into a #BlueMind #SLOWCOAST adventure. If you would like to join us at the airstream this FRIDAY: GOOD FRIDAY in the evening, we will be popping some wine open, pizzas, sharing some song, and stories around the firepit from 5pm till 8pm. ALL are invited. This is a sweet kick off to a great family weekend. Bring some firewood, s'mores makings, and your family. We're really excited to share some of our family with yours. Extended spiritual community family. LOVE YOU ALL. As we are fully into a multi retrograde planetary moment here, I have had some weeks and days to feel my way down the path some, and wanted to share some of my experience. This time feels so sweet to me. It is definitely like a walk down memory lane and a time for attending to small details that help the whole. I can feel the clearing of energies, also, and the attunement of the higher dimensional energies really rooting in peaceful harmony. The key for me has been stretching, eating well, good hot baths with aromas, and daily tune up scent journeys.
Daily care of the garden including watering, hands in the soil, and planting, weeding has also brought me deep resilient joy. Patience, Open Source Sharing, Inner Guidance and Reliance on Best Practices are what I have to share with you on this full moon. I watch the nuances of colours change daily in the garden, and seek out blooms as I drive along the bluffs daily. The ebb and flow of the tides is something that is soothing and embracing. I appreciate beauty and living here next to the ocean. Having a sense of deep gratitude helps me in my days to stretch the hours and make more time in my day. Solitude, silence, listening to the birds, the wind, the surf is something I do not take for granted. Looking for stars at night, the moon rise, and enjoying the changing energies are all a part of the beauty path. Yesterday I was able to share the secrets of ANGEL GLOW SERUM with two new customers who wandered into the Slowcoast Stream. A man and a woman. IT was so fun taking them through a Scent Journey and having them both alight on the Angel Glow as their chosen MUST have for their spring adventure. They were fun, filled with laughter and clearly a couple energy. They each bought one for themselves to carry into the rest of their day and week ahead, each for a purpose of buoyancy and support in anti aging, beauty path regime. I love my job. Up early again this morning, I have almost completed my sip sip of BEAUTY TEA and will head into the Perfume Studio to do some pours of the most popular Parfums for this week. We are heading towards BELTANE MAY 1st and I have a really smouldering aphrodisiac that contains some sacred blonde tobacco to ground our high florals and dirty them up into a very sexy mix....more on this parfum in another post. Have a great day! |
