$55.00 - $660.00
Luxe Wild Raw Turkish Rose blended with St Johnswort, just like our HAPPY TEA, makes for a soft confidence boost, overall round happy aphrodisiac. The St Johnswort dirties up the Rose, and makes it a little smoky, smouldery while maintaining an essence of innocence and youth.
Sweet Dreams Parfum
$55.00 - $660.00
Sweet Dream is designed for intentionally capturing some dreams, by getting better sleep, and utlizing an herbal base that historically is perfect for inducing dreams. It's really been great for a number of my clients. Insomnia robs us of important rest, and can be an aspect of menopause, or just when added extra stress are happening in your life.
Nutmeg, cypress, frangipani, chamomile morrocan, pink rose petals, sandalwood and douglas mugwort blend to create a very soothing spray. I just spray around the head crown halo, and on my pillow before climbing into bed at night, and feel the soft focus, support within moments, helping me. Tip: tell yourself to remember your dreams, and when you awaken have a pen and pretty journal next to your bed, so you have time to capture your dreams, get into the habit of awakening 20 minutes before you need to arise, and write for three pages anything that comes to mind before you get up to pee. In this way you invite your brain, memories, to flood forward, and your dreams will be fun, messengers, and help with your intentional living. Dream Pillow

Love Poems from the Earth: An Invitation to an Intimate Connection with Nature by Kai Seidenberg
$17.00
“A call to pause and return to the ever-unfolding wonder of the living Earth.” —Micah Mortali, author of Rewilding Love Poems from the Earth offers us a different kind of love story—one that is wider, wilder, and ultimately more fulfilling than a stereotypical Hollywood romance. Through evocative poems and simple practices, it reminds us that all beings are potential friends, teachers, and beloveds, and we are never truly alone. It also reveals how coming home to a deeper kinship with nature is key to finding a sense of belonging and to restoring balance in our lives and in the world. Kai Siedenburg's poems transport us into intimate and wondrous encounters with nature: the unbridled joy of birds on the wing, the rooted wisdom of a redwood, the sensual splendors of a cool stream on a hot day. Poems of Earth and Spirit: 70 Poems and 40 Practices to Deepen Your Connection With Nature by Kai Seidenberg
$15.00
This book of poetry and practices shows how we can connect with the deep peace, simple joy, and healing power of nature anytime, anywhere. Through intimate original poems, we experience loving encounters with trees, the gratitude of thirsty plants quenched by rain, and cross-cultural communication with chickadees. We feel what it’s like to walk on padded paws, to take wing, to root ourselves in the Earth. We remember our kinship with all beings. And through carefully crafted practices, we discover how connecting mindfully with nature, even in small ways in the midst of a city, calms our frazzled minds, lifts our weary spirits, and brings peace and balance into our lives. We learn to cultivate deeper bonds with wild places and more-than-human beings that restore and heal both us and the Earth. Poems of Earth and Spirit invites us to approach the natural world not merely as a scenic backdrop or outdoor gym, but as a gathering of beloved friends, wise teachers, and powerful healers. And when we develop a loving and respectful relationship with nature, it awakens our reverence for all life and inspires us to protect what we love. Good news for busy readers: Poems of Earth and Spirit can be enjoyed in very brief and yet meaningful encounters. In just a few moments, we can open to any page and be uplifted by a short poem, a simple practice, or a charming hand-drawn illustration. In this high-stress, high-tech world in which so many of us hunger for more authentic connection, Poems of Earth and Spirit illuminates a direct and scenic path to greater joy, meaning, and belonging. This is a book that keeps on giving—and not just to its readers. Three percent of the proceeds are donated to the Amah Mutsun Land Trust, a Native-led, non-profit organization that promotes Indigenous stewardship, conservation and restoration, and research and education. Space Between the Stones: Poetry and Practices for Connecting with Nature, Spirit, and Creativity by Kai Seidenberg
$17.00
"I love Space Between the Stones. It is down to Earth and deeply spiritual—living poetry that invites us to taste the mystery, the ordinary, and the beauty and wonder of life." —Bob Stahl, co-author of five books on mindful living, including A Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Workbook Peace. Joy. Belonging. Our souls long for these things, and find them in this collection of poems and practices that invite us into deep and nourishing connections with nature, Spirit, and creativity. Space Between the Stones offers inspiration in small but satisfying portions. In just a few moments, we can open to any page and be uplifted by a brief poem, a simple practice, or a lovely illustration. The poems surprise and delight, illuminating the extraordinary in the ordinary: the exuberance of sprouting seeds, the fertility of stillness, even the travels of a pair of swim goggles. At turns peaceful, playful, and provocative, they reveal a passionate love affair with nature and a friendly fluency with everyday spirituality. They speak to the place within us that longs to experience direct communion with Earth and Spirit—or at least senses it is possible. The practices show us how easy and enjoyable it can be to invite nature, Spirit, and creativity to flow into our lives. They reveal that these three primal connections are always available to us, and often more readily than we expect. Each time we choose a moment of deeper connection, we create a small oasis of calm and stillness. The more we do this, the more numerous and expansive these oases become, and the easier they are to access. Together, these poems and practices remind us that we are never truly alone, but always part of something vast and beautiful. They invite us to step out of the frantic swirl of the modern world and into a realm in which all life is intelligent, all beings are our kin, and we are all naturally creative. Like Poems of Earth and Spirit, Space Between the Stones is a book that keeps on giving. Three percent of the proceeds are donated to the Amah Mutsun Land Trust, a Native-led, non-profit organization that promotes Indigenous stewardship, conservation and restoration, and research and education.
