I am enjoying combining the three following LPO Herbal Teas for Winter Solstice that all have Roses in them.

I make an infusion in a french press, and steep for 20 minutes.

The beautiful roses remind me of the return of the light, the harvests from summer, and a seasonal treat for this moment in the year. xo
