Summer came and went, and now we are deep into autumn and the holiday season is upon us. I found chantrelles in New Leaf Westside yesterday! They are from Washington State because we have not had rain here so we don't yet have any. Here is my first meal this season with them...enjoy~
Chantrelle Sugar Pea Summer Squash Omelette Small Handful of Chantrelle Mushrooms, diced 4 Sugar Peas, diced with ends cut off One Small Summer Squash thinly sliced Two Eggs Whisked Two Tablespoons Butter (Kerry Gold) Saffron To Taste Green Onion Cheddar from Wisconsin In a seasoned Cast Iron Skillet melt butter on a low heat. add in your chantrelles, peas and squash. cook on low heat until done. Add in Whisked Eggs, top w saffron and skinny slices of green onion cheddar. Turn off heat after top of eggs begin to cook. Serve with Roasted Rosemary Thyme Chicken Breast and Quince Membrillo Slowcoast Coffee A sweet morning wake up~

We love to explore the world of food and we love to make an experiment. An experiment that will make a huge impact on the people. We can always make a new resolution and I also want to have my own fund and with that fund means that there is a new chapter that will open to me.
