Forty three years ago today I planted trees at Old Trail School in Bath, Ohio with my math and science teacher Mrs Alliger, and fellow students. These trees are now tall and tower over a field hockey meadow along a gorgeous meandering country road.
I credit these formative years in the sixties and seventies with my botanical interest and keen focus on wildflowers. My parents indulged every nuance of a garden that I created. From a young age I enjoyed a sense of design fundamentals from my father and mother who were both extremely creative people. Fast forward, Spring 2016 Current Project In the midst of building a master garden that will serve as a perfume garden, as well as a cooking garden. Some public space that can be enjoyed by people who come from near and far. Current Earth Day Parfums: Artichoke Earth and Puma which are from my gratitude perfume collections. In the bottle for a couple of years, mature and forming a round, fluid beauty regime. Tomorrow will be an amazing chance to celebrate the farmers, ranchers, and artists in our region.
