I was asked by a new mom this weekend the meaning of Prana. I simply answered "energy" but it is more of our 'life force" in sanskrit. I designed this Prana Serum with french lavendar, eucalyptus and peppermint organic essential oils in a base of jojoba oil to be applied from toes, feet, ankles, legs up towards the heart. known for its' stimulation on the circulation I love it for a few lifestyle enhancements.
-1. The best way to travel on a long flight ~ bring this serum along and apply it on toes, feet, ankles and calves up and over/behind knees: this can help prevent a blood clot while flying. -2. To get blood flowing beneath the skin, to help clear veins during/after a pregnancy. -3. To get circulation going to help prevent a head cold, keeps chi moving. (Drink lots of water too.) Best Usage Tips: I love to use a dry brush before an epsom salts bath. Use a Sisal Brush (we sell them) to dry brush from toes, over feet, ankles, soles, up over calves, thighs, then torso, always stroking towards the heart. Jump into an epsom salt bath (we love our Rose Bath Salts) and soak actively for ten minutes. I love the Prana Serum on my whole body to prevent fatigue, prior to a head cold or slow down in vitality. We love our Amazing Herbal Tea also during this time. It is all grown in our Pescadero Scent Garden: ingredients~peppermint, yarrow and hyssop. Enjoy your bathing regimes so you can get outside and be happy under the coming spring beauty. Libby
