Spring Equinox and World Water Day

Tonight's Tea Ceremony :

Refresh Tea is a coastal mint
Steep Refresh Tea in a French Press 3/4 full with boiling water
Add one juiced meyer lemon
Add one juiced blood orange
Add one lemongrass stalk sliced in one inch increments

Steep for 10 minutes
Serve in a Latte bowl with your favorite raw honey

After a very full weekend of a Spring Equinox Anniversary Party at Slowcoast Airstream Store in Davenport, and then a lovely rainy day on Sunday with lots of attention on a new Slowcoast Seed Bank spearheaded by our new friend Jeff Reid, we're heading into a holiday week rejuventated with the awesome and fun buoyant collaborations of all the artists that make up SLOWCOAST. Honoured to be one of the core artists.
