Hot tea is my morning and evening drink. I drink Chamomile tea before I sleep, Green tea after I eat and sometimes a mix of everything. I don't mind trying new drinks and discover new flavor for my taste buds. Too much of everything is not good, so I drink tea in moderation. I once read that too much tea intake might give a problem in absorbing nutrients in our body. My mantra is, I can eat and drink everything, but it should always be in moderation.
